I’m Kelsey Barrans, and I am running to be a representative for District 1 on the Pierce County Charter Review Committee.

I bring a unique set of experiences as someone who has lived in different parts of the district, my work directly serves residents of the district, and I have experience working with groups of people to accomplish goals that best meet the needs of the community.
